Goooooood morning!
We made it to Friday! So far this week we’ve worked on our mindfulness, being connected, breathing exercises, and being thankful. These are all great things to utilize when we’re feeling stressed or anxious and need a “reset”, and we’ll talk more about all of those things during the upcoming weeks, but today is Fabulous Friday so I’m going to focus on fun places we can “go” without leaving our couches. Just like breathing exercises, you can use these “trips” to take a break and reset!
Want to check out some animals?
Click below for the giant panda webcams at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C.

The Georgia Aquarium has webcams on their beluga whales, sea lions, jellyfish, piranhas, and more here

From the San Diego Zoo’s webcams, you can see elephants, giraffes, tigers, polar bears, and more here

Not in any way related but cool nonetheless, you can also visit both Disney Parks and take virtual rides here

If roller coasters are your thing, take some virtual thrill rides below (I didn’t make it through any of these because I don’t do well with heights and I was afraid I would throw up)

Have fun!
We’ll take some more “trips” next Friday.
I hope you have a great weekend!!
