Gooooood morning!
Today I want to share some helpful mindfulness apps with you. I have personally used Stop, Breathe & Think; Calm; and Headspace, so I highly recommend those three - but what works for one person may not work for someone else, so I’ve included a few other apps that other school counselors have recommended. Try out one or try out a few, and find what works out best for you!
Stop, Breathe & Think
I’ve sent you so many videos from them, you should check out their app! “Find peace anywhere. We are the emotional wellness platform for the “under 25” generation. At Stop, Breathe & Think, we believe that when more people find peace of mind, it makes the world a better place. Our mission is to help kids, teens and young adults build the emotional strength to tackle life’s ups and downs.”
