Today I want to talk about anxiety. During uncertain times such as these, when we’re off our routines and not sure what the near future holds, our anxiety can certainly rise, so I’m sharing with you a few links. The first one is a brief description of anxiety. The second is a list of different coping skills that I love and use with students all the time. The third lists different relaxation techniques you can use. Please take the time to read these as they will be helpful in many situations, not just when you are feeling anxious - you can use these techniques when you are feeling sad, worried, stressed, or when you just want to take a minute to center yourself.
