Gooooood morning!
Today I’m going to give you two videos to watch, and two websites to check out, if ya want.
The Science of Gratitude
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMd1CcGZYwU
This short 2-minute video is a quick summary of what some of the research into gratitude has found. These findings include better sleep, higher levels of happiness, and more prosocial behavior. The video also quickly includes some ways to practice gratitude in your life.
Gratitude Is Good For You
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCV-mEsASLA
This is another extremely short video (not even two minutes) which summarizes some of the benefits of gratitude. This video focuses on both mental and physical benefits of gratitude and also includes a few ways that anyone can start practicing gratitude and reaping these benefits in their own lives.
The two links below are of two people who took gratitude to the next level - one person thanked one person a day for 365 days straight, and the other person took one photo a day of something she was thankful for, also for 365 days.
